Every story begins with the land - its rhythm, its light, and the woman who remembers how to listen.
Wahine of the Sun was born from a woman walking between worlds — desert and island, stillness and motion, remembering and becoming. It began as a way of tending to her own roots and grew into a lifestyle that honors the intelligence of nature and the art of daily ritual — a paradigm shift toward remembering what has always lived within us. It is a reclamation of our belonging to the Earth’s rhythm, a redefining of beauty as balance, and a returning to the body as sacred ground.
Wahine of the Sun is not a brand, but a living philosophy: an invitation to slow down, to reconnect with the rhythms that sustain us, and to embody the beauty of a life lived in ceremony.
Here, the paths we walk, the stories we tell, the truths we remember, the oils we anoint with, the nourishment we choose, the way we live, move, breathe, and create —
all become expressions of remembrance - bringing us home to ourselves.
The Wahine Way — A Living Commitment
Wahine of the Sun exists as a space of remembrance, regulation, and return.
A place to come home to yourself.
This work is rooted in lived experience, ongoing reflection, and embodied practice — not perfection, performance, or spiritual bypass.
I do not teach from theory alone.
I teach from a life that has been lived, questioned, repaired, and integrated.
I do not claim to be finished.
I claim to be present.
This space is committed to:
• Honoring the nervous system
• Respecting complexity and nuance
• Refusing shortcuts to “healing”
• Centering sovereignty over dependency
• Valuing truth over trends
• Choosing integrity over image
Here, growth is not rushed.
Pain is not romanticized.
And light is never separated from depth.
Your story is not something to fix.
It is something to listen to.
Your past is not something to erase.
It is something to integrate.
Your body is not something to override.
It is something to trust.
This is a space for remembering —
not who you should become,
but who you already are beneath conditioning, survival, and forgetting.
I walk beside you in this work.
Not above you.
I remain a student of life, of relationship, of healing, and of truth.
And I hold this space with reverence, responsibility, and care.
May this be a place where you feel safe to soften.
Safe to question.
Safe to grow.
Safe to return.
Welcome home.

“Wahine of the Sun grew from years of exploring the intersections of nature, embodiment, and remembrance. It was shaped through lived experience — through moments of unraveling, renewal, and return that continually called me back to my own inner resonance. This work emerged through choosing presence again and again, through remembering, reclaiming, and learning how to listen inward.
My offerings bridge story and ritual, inviting you to find beauty not in perfection, but in presence — to live as if every moment were an opportunity to return to the sacred. They are rooted in reverence, self-honesty, and embodied awareness. For within each of us live many elements — the wild and the tender, the shadow and the light, the still and the untamed — and it is through their harmony that we remember our wholeness.
My work is grounded in both lived experience and formal study. I am trained as a certified holistic practitioner, with emphasis in health and nutrition and polyvagal-informed nervous system support. I integrate science, intuition, and soul-centered practice to support sustainable healing, regulation, and authentic self-connection.”
